Instructions

  2. Set Up the Breading Station: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs with water or milk. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing evenly.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, letting excess drip off, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. For extra crunch, repeat this dipping process once more and then place tenders on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Arrange tenders in a single layer on the baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
