Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea: Start by boiling filtered water and steep the tea bags for 4 to 5 minutes to create a full-bodied tea. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Peach Puree: Peel and pit the fresh peaches, then blend them until smooth to make the peach puree, which adds vibrant fruitiness and color to the drink.
  3. Mix Honey and Lemon: While the tea is still warm, stir in the raw honey until completely dissolved to ensure even sweetness, then add fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
